Best way to throw together a gourmet looking meal thats too easy. Leftovers can be eaten as an even better cold pasta salad. Amazing!

Hello everyone.. even though it's not very hot anymore, we are regular consumers of cold pasta.. easy and quick (as well as light) to prepare and especially convenient, we can make it in the morning and not think about it anymore.. lunch (or dinner) is served.. this cold pasta has a somewhat wintery taste due to the presence of red cabbage. Of course, feel free to get creative with the toppings for this pasta.. here is my idea of September cold pasta 😊😊😊😊😊!

I really love pesto and I wanted to try a simple creamy pesto dish so I did a trial and error with different cheese sauces

Cold pasta is perfect to take to work or on a picnic because you can easily prepare it the day before.

can mixed anything, meat veggies, whatever, as long you have to saute' everything first with a little amount of oil and garlic, mix in the pasta and pesto sauce put in the baking sheet or plate springkle some mozzarella then bake.

In The Netherlands we have a meal called boerenkoolstamppot which is made with potatos, curly kale and often also smoked bacon. The combo of bacon and curly kale goes really well so I decided to use the two ingredients as a base for a great tasting pasta.

Ok ok i'm sorry for mixing 2 kind of totally different pasta, you can do it with just 1 kind of pasta, but rlly it's that delicious that i don't care if it's a mixed pasta or not (sorry italian)
