September Cold Pasta

Hello everyone.. even though it's not very hot anymore, we are regular consumers of cold pasta.. easy and quick (as well as light) to prepare and especially convenient, we can make it in the morning and not think about it anymore.. lunch (or dinner) is served.. this cold pasta has a somewhat wintery taste due to the presence of red cabbage. Of course, feel free to get creative with the toppings for this pasta.. here is my idea of September cold pasta 😊😊😊😊😊!

Don't you crave for a thin and cold spaghetti dish when it's hot outside? This cold pasta dish has become a regular menu at my house. It's so easy and delicious. You can make it even more amazing and healthier by adding baby leaves.Chill all of the ingredients as much as you can before using.Since I made this recipe as a party dish on a large plate, toss everything together vigorously and serve on a smaller plate.I recommend using a transparent large plate for an even better cooling effect. This pasta goes really well with dry sparkling wine. Caprese-Style Tomato and Avocado Cold Pasta Caprese-Style Tomato and Avocado Cold Pasta
The basil that I was growing on my balcony was ready to harvest I got a hint from my favourite Caprese, and added avocado which goes well with it, then I made cold spaghetti. Please use ripe tomato and avocado. When the preparation for the sauce is done (Step 3), start cooking the pasta, then you will have enough time to chill the vegetables and can enjoy cold pasta. It's better if you can chill the plate as well ahead of time. Recipe by Usagi no Cima cookpad.japan -

Cold Pasta with Cheese and Summer Vegetables Cold Pasta with Cheese and Summer Vegetables
This is a cold pasta I saw on TV once about 10 years ago and I finally came up with this recipe after many attempts. This pasta is the reason I became interested in cooking! It's rather lazy of me to run the cheese through the food processor, but the warning label on my food processor says it's forbidden to do that. So it may be better to do it with your hands or a knife. Recipe by Himasora cookpad.japan
