Today is Indian Republic Day and to symbolize the Indian flag today have prepared tricolour Dhokla. I have made this dhokla from rava. Spinach and carrot puree are used to give green and orange colour to Dhokla. To give this triangular dhokla a little new look, I have stuck it in a stick and served it. The children have become fond of this triangular dhokla. Due to the carrots, green chillies and spinach, this dhokla also tastes very good.
