Today i have tried to give twist to sevayian. I have infused mango puree in sevaiyan to make it more delicious and lipsmacking.

Today i have tried to give twist to sevayian. I have infused mango puree in sevaiyan to make it more delicious and lipsmacking.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRoasted sevayian
  2. 3 cupsMilk
  3. to tasteSugar according
  4. 1 cupMango puree

Cooking Instructions

    First heat milk in a deep pan.

    Add roasted sevaiyan in it and keep boiling on low flame till sevaiyan softens.

    When sewaiyan are completely cooked, then add sugar in it and mix nicely. Now keep sewaiyan aside to cool completely.

    When sewaiyan cools completely then add mango puree and mix nicely.

  5. 5

    Referigerate mango sewaiyan for 3-4 hours. Now serve chilled sewaiyan. Garnish with pistachio or any dry fruit of your choice. Enjoy yummy fusioned sewaiyan.
