  9. 1 tspfennal powder
  10. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tsppowder sugar
  13. as required Water

    Take a bowl add bittergourd cut into the slices now add salt and mix it well properly.

    Now squeez the bittergourd now take a pan add oil and add bittergourd deep fry in it. And take out and keep aside

    Now add onion puree add tomato puree add mango pulp

    Add cumin powder, add fennal powder, add coriander powder

    Add turmericpowder, add red chilli powder add salt, add powder sugar

    Add dry mango powder mix it well properly now add deep fry bittergourd mix it well

  7. 7

    Now add some water and cook for 2 min. Cover with lid on low flame. Now ready to serve.
