  2. 1Lemon juice.
  3. 1tsp cornflour
  4. 2 Cupssugar.
  5. 4 cups water

    Keep milk to boil.When it bring to boil off the gas. Add lemon juice.

    When it curdles strain it with soft cloth.Pour some water to remoive smell. Tie it,Keep it for half n hour.

    Then place chena in plate & press with hands to make it soft. Add cornflour & again press it.Make soft small balls.

    Boil sugar & water. Put balls in it. Keep boiling for 15-20 minutes.Rasgulle becomes double in size.

    Serve cool
