Ingredients

  1. 5Tomatoes, quartered
  2. 1Red Onion, peeled and sliced
  3. 1yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
  4. 1Cayenne Chilli, deseeded
  5. 5 clovesGarlic, peeled
  6. 60 mlLime Juice
  7. 20 gfresh Coriander leaves
  8. 5 mlSalt
  9. 2,5 mlfreshly ground Pepper
  10. 1 mldried Oreganum
  11. 1 mlground Cumin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
    Blitz until the desired consistency is reached. A few short bursts for chunky Salsa or long runs for smoother Salsa

    Tracker to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop. Remove from refrigerator and allow to reach room temperature before serving.
