Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
Blitz until the desired consistency is reached. A few short bursts for chunky Salsa or long runs for smoother Salsa - 2
Tracker to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop. Remove from refrigerator and allow to reach room temperature before serving.

I suppose it would be easier to put the tomatoes, bell pepper, etc. to a food processor and pulse for a few seconds. But since I don't have one, I have to do it the old-fashioned way--slice and dice them manually! I call this quick salsa because I just slice and dice vegetables that I found in my fridge.
