Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour(maida)
  2. 1/2 cupsemi solid butter
  3. As taste salt
  4. 2 cupscrumble paneer
  5. 1/4 tspcaromseeds
  6. as per taste salt
  7. As taste black pepper powder
  8. 1 tspchopped green coriander
  9. 1 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a maida add salt and mix water make a dough.Take rest in sometime.

    After rest make same sizes dough balls roll in rolling pin.Apply semi solid butter sprinkle some maida then cover another roti apply butter sprinkle some maida then all rotis spread this method and roll in slitley cover and rest in freeze.

    Take wok add oil then put caromseeds,chilli,salt, pepper and paneer saute few seconds.

    Take rotis cut in halves.add paneer masala fold in triangle.

  5. 5

    Then bake in pre heated alr fryer before bake apply butter or oil in patties.

    Then enjoy paneer patties in tomato sauce.
