Ingredients

  1. 500 gchestnut mushrooms
  2. 200 gdry pasta
  3. 3,5 cupvegetable broth
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1onion
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 3 tbsflour
  8. Dried thyme
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onion, mushrooms and garlic. In a bigger pot, add olive oil and cook onion until translucent. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme and cook for few minutes. Add flour when the liquid from mushrooms is almost evaporated.

    Add broth and when it starts to boil, add pasta and milk. Make sure that all pasta is covered in liquid and cook with occasionnal stirring.

    Cook until your pasta is al dente. Serve and enjoy 😋
