Cooking Instructions

Chop onion, mushrooms and garlic. In a bigger pot, add olive oil and cook onion until translucent. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme and cook for few minutes. Add flour when the liquid from mushrooms is almost evaporated.

Add broth and when it starts to boil, add pasta and milk. Make sure that all pasta is covered in liquid and cook with occasionnal stirring.

Cook until your pasta is al dente. Serve and enjoy 😋

Beef Stroganoff is a popular Russian dish of small pieces of beef fillet sauteed in sour cream sauce together with onions and mushrooms.
