Ingredients

  1. 1egg
  2. 1/2 cupcastor sugar
  3. 1/4 cupbutter(melted)
  4. 1/2 cupyogurt
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 3/4 cupAll-purpose flour
  7. 1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. as required Some choco chips (0ptional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl take egg,yogurt,butter,sugar and vanilla extract.Mix well till frothy.

    Sieve together All purpose flour,baking powder and cocoa powder.

    Mix to egg-butter-sugar mix.Fold gently.

    Line up some steel cups with paper cups.Preheat a kadahi for 5-7minutes on medium flame.

    Transfer batter to the paper cups,make sure that paper cups should not be filled more than 80%.

    Put in the kadahi,bake on medium heat for 3 minutes.After that reduce the heat to lowest.Bake for 20-25minutes.

    After 23 minutes cup cakes are ready.Check with tooth pick test.

    Serve with tea.Enjoy.
