    Take a pressure cooker put washed potatoes and add water as required to it and boil it for 2 whistle.

    Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds,hing, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion fry it next add Methi leaves fry it well upto raw smell goes.

    Next after fry Methi add garam masala powder, Cumin coriander powder, sugar,salt, lemon juice fry it well and add boiled & chopped potatoes mix it properly and fry nice and serve it hot with chapati.
