  1. 250gm. Noodles
  2. 2eggs(scrumbled)
  3. 1carrot
  4. 10 french beans,
  5. 2 onions,
  6. 4 green chillies,
  7. 1Capsicum(All veggies cut in small pieces)
  8. 1 tsp.chopped garlic
  9. As Per Taste Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp.Sugar
  11. 1 tsp.Pepper powder
  12. 2 tbs.Munchurian Veg. powder

Cooking Instructions

    Boil noodles for 5 minutes in medium to low flame. Then strain it & keep aside.Heat oil in kadai & fry eggs. Keep aside. Then add chopped garlic & carrot in oil. Fry it for 2 minutes.

    Then add french beans, green chillies & capsicum. Add salt & pepper powder, then fry it well.

    Then add boiled noodles,salt & sugar.Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame. Then add ching veg. manchurian powder on it & fry it for 1 minutes. Now serve it hot with any gravy chicken items.
