Roughly crush paneer

Take oil in a kadhai at first add Hing and jeera, allow it to crackle, gradually add onion and chilies.

After frying for 2 minutes add all dry masala including salt, gradually add two kinds of paneer, mix all this together add chopped coriander, and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
