  1. 100 gramscottage cheese
  2. 200 gramspaneer
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 3Chopped green chillies
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera
  6. 1 teaspoonchopped garlic
  7. 1 teaspoonchopped Ginger
  8. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi
  9. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoondhaniya powder

Cooking Instructions

    Roughly crush paneer

    Take oil in a kadhai at first add Hing and jeera, allow it to crackle, gradually add onion and chilies.

  3. 3

    After frying for 2 minutes add all dry masala including salt, gradually add two kinds of paneer, mix all this together add chopped coriander, and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
