Ingredients

  1. 400 gramchhole
  2. 2 1/2 cupsWater
  3. 2Onions medium sized
  4. 4 Tomatoes large
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 spoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  8. 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  9. 2 spoonsChana masala
  10. 4 spoonsChaat masala
  11. 2 spoonsOil
  12. 1 spoonJeera

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes.

    Soak chhole in some water.

  2. 2

    Take cooker and put oil and jeera.

  3. 3

    When jeera pops, add onions and saute.

  4. 4

    When onions are pinkish, add tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Now add all spices and saute.

  6. 6

    Now add chhole and water.

  7. 7

    Close the lid and turn off gas after 4 whistles.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with rice.
