  1. 1large potato
  2. 2 tbspcurd
  3. 4 tbspalmonds powder
  4. as neededOil for cooking
  5. 1medium size onion
  6. 1/2 tspKasuri methi
  7. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
  8. 1 tspLemon juice
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspGinger-garlic paste
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1 tspGaram masala spices

    First fry onion to golden brown in same oil add solid garam masala 1 cinnamon stick, cardamom 4, cloves 4

    Just stirr two minutes and add ginger garlic paste fry a little and then add almonds powder and curd paste and all spices fry well on simmer flame till it leaves oil

    Then add potatoes chopped in any shape you like I did round

    Gradually add a glass of water then add kasuri methi coriander for garnish lemon juice boli it for 10 minutes then take it off from the stove

    Done you are good to go have it with rice or chapati
