2h 45 min
8 servings
  1. 500 gSoup Mix
  2. 4Large Carrots
  3. Celery
  4. 6x knorrox beef cubes or chicken
  5. Meaty Beef Bones or Chicken
  6. 1large onion
  7. Lots of water

Cooking Instructions

2h 45 min
  1. 1

Well if you here I assume you know the basics of cooking so let's go.

Step1: Medium heat put your pot on the stove, large pot, drizzle some oil put your chopped onions add some salt to taste. Just for control put 2 cloves of garlic.

Then throw in your meaty bones, stir a bit then add a quarter cup of water and a beef cube.

  2. 2

While the beef bones boil keep adding water bit by bit you don't want it to run dry but you also don't want to let the meat drown in water so I suggest you keep adding half a cup of water. Do this for about an hour (60 minutes) then add your chopped Celery and your Roughly chopped Carrots we need thick pieces here, add more water and your 2nd beef cube stir these together.

  3. 3

Just after adding the Carrots and Celerey put 3 quarters of the soup mix packet and add 2 cups of water 2 more beef cubes stir and close the lid. Keep checking if you need to add more water this is the home run now all you do is just stir every 15 min intervals and add water and the remaining 2 beef cubes cause more water you add you also need to add more flavour to the soup.

  4. 4

Lower your heat by 1 from medium,It should take another hour for the soup mix to get nice and soft keep adding water and stir properly cause the bottom of the pot usually gets dry, you don't want your soup to burn.

Hope you enjoy this and share photos once you've made it. You can replace the beef bones with chicken or just have a veg soup.

Time intervals came from the photos I took while cooking so they kind of accurate.
