Ingredients

  1. 1Eggplant (cut in triangle)
  2. 10Neem leaves
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. to tasteSugar
  5. 1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  6. 4 tsp.Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate Eggplant with dalt & sugar. Heat oil in frying pan & fry Eggplant with turmeric powder.

    Fry it for 10 minutes to in medium to low flame. Then put Neem leaves in middle of the pan & add 2 drops oil. Cook it in low flame for 5 minutes.

    Add 1 pinch sugar & fry all together in high flame for 2 minutes. Then Eggplant & Neem fry is ready to be serve with steamed rice.
