Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. As neededwater
  3. 3boiled potatoes
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 spoonchaat masala
  7. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  8. as per needed black pepper slightly
  9. As neededginger garlic paste

    For the dough mix the flour salt and water knead a stirr dough....

  2. 2

    For the filling,mix and mash all the ingredients along with potatoes.....

  3. 3

    Take a portion of dough and roll it out.. now stuff it and roll....

  4. 4

    Cook it on a hot iron plate with clearified butter or oil....

  5. 5

    Serve hot with curd or pickle......
