  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 2chopped onion
  5. 2chopped tomato
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 1 spoonroasted jeera seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder Shetty

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and keep them aside for 30 minutes. Cover it with the lid. Cook it on low flame.

    Heat a tawa and grease it with butter. Take some batter and spread it on tawa.

    Cook it with a cover lid until it turns dry from the top.

    Spread some butter and flip it. Cook for 1 minute.

    Serve with chutney or sauce.
