  1. 1 cupSemolina/suji
  2. 1 cup Gram flour/besan
  3. 1 cupCurd
  4. 2 cupWater
  5. 1 bowlFinely chopped spinach
  6. 2 tbspFinely chopped onion
  7. 1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli
  8. 1 tspGrated ginger
  9. as neededFinely chopped coriander leaves
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add,gram flour,spinachcurd,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,ginger and salt and mix well.

    Add two cup of water and make smooth batter

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a pan and spread the mixture over it.

  4. 4

    Flip it when it turns little red.

  5. 5

    Your gram flour cheela is ready to eat.

  6. 6

    Repeat the same process with rest of the batter.
