Ingredients

6-7 hours
4 people
  1. 4ripe tomatoes,
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1/2 cucumber,
  4. 1green bell pepper
  5. 2toasted Wheat breads,
  6. 7 garlic cloves,
  7. as required handful basil leaves
  8. 1tea spoon chilli powder,
  9. 1/2 tea spoon crushed black pepper,
  10. as per taste salt
  11. 4tea spoon. Olive oil,
  12. as required Veg. Stock

Cooking Instructions

    Thoroughly wash and diced all the vegetables along with bread. Mix all together. Drizzle olive oil and add all the mentioned dry masalas.

    Cover and refrigerate minimum 4- 5 hours to get all the fresh flavours. While serving grind it (if required add veg. Stock) and serve cold. Garnish as per family preference.
