  1. as required Samosa patti as need
  2. 1 cupCheese - grated I used mixer Mozzarella cheese
  3. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  4. 1/2 tspPepper powder
  5. 2 tbspAll-purpose Flour / Maida (paste)
  6. as required Oil for deep frying
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1 gcoriander leaves
  9. 1onion finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Mix cheese with salt, red chilli powder, onion, coriander leaves and pepper powder. Set aside

  2. 2

    Take samosa patti and spoon some filling in the top corner. Fold it in triangles and keep doing this till it come to the end.

    Mix flour with water to form a paste. Use this paste to seal the edges.

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.

    Drain and set aside
