Cream margarine until light and fluffy

Add egg one at a time, beating each in until completely mixed with the butter

Add vanilla essence and nutmeg to the butter before adding flour

Sift the flour with salt and baking

Add the flour to the butter and mixed careful

Place the paper in small cake tins/pan or grease the pan and put full tablespoon in each and sprinkle the raisins on each

Bake in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes
