Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 250 gmince meat
  3. 3medium potatoes
  4. 2carrots
  5. Halfcup peas
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1onion
  8. 1 tspGinger and garlic mince
  9. Halftsp cumin seeds
  10. 1seasoning cube
  11. Quarter red, yellow and green pepper
  12. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  13. Small bunch of coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the rice with 2 cups of water and a bit of salt

    Cut the vegetables into cubes, mince the ginger and garlic and put aside

  3. 3

    Fry the onions for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste to cook till fragrant

  4. 4

    Add the mince and let it cook till the water dries up

  5. 5

    Put in the diced potatoes, carrots and peas and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the tomato and a tablespoon on tomato paste in the middle of the pan and let it cook till soft

  7. 7

    Add the cumin, seasoning cube, salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Add the chopped peppers into small cubes and let it cook for 3 minutes

  9. 9

    Add a small bunch of coriander leaves for freshness

  10. 10

    Serve with rice and a side of traditional vegetables
