Ingredients

30 minutes
2 portion
  1. 1 blockfirm tofu, dry and cut in cubes
  2. Some salt and pepper
  3. 2 tbspplain flour
  4. 1 cupchopped up broccoli
  5. 1spray of vegetable oil
  6. Sticky sauce
  7. 1 tbspmiso paste
  8. 2 tbsphoney or maple syrup for vegan version
  9. 4 tbspwater
  10. 1 tspgrated ginger
  11. 1 tspoyster sauce
  12. 1 tspsesame oil
  13. Garnish
  14. Some finely chopped spring onion
  15. Some Togarashi

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Lightly dust tofu with flour, salt and pepper then air-fry on 200’c for about 20min or you can bake them in oven at 180’c for about 30-40 min

    Sautéed broccoli with some oil, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add the sticky sauce into small saucepan, medium heat, mix well and break down the miso paste until all combined.

    Add crispy tofu into the sauce and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with rice and broccoli, garnish with spring onion and Togarashi
