Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 gmcurd
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  8. 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add curd in a mixing bowl. Add salt and mix well whisking till curd becomes smooth.

    Add red chilli powder, black pepper and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix. Keep some for garnishing.

    Peel wash and grate cucumber. Chop onion and coriander leaves.

    Add grated cucumber and chopped onions and coriander seeds in curd and mix.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and serve chilled with meal or pulav.
