Mango is known as the king of fruits, because only mango lovers can feel the real taste & aroma. In mango season we want to make or eat different taste & types of recipes. Beautiful color yummy taste full of juicy pulp, it amazing. I tried mango peda fresh, soft & different taste methai.
Cooking Instructions

Make puree from mango. In nonstick pan add puree & bura, on mid flame stir it continues.

After 5 min add milk & milk powder. Stir it to mix all ingredients. When mango juice evaporate & transfer into dough form, add almond powder.

Now the dough leave the sides of pan,add ghee. Mix it proper, also add seeds. Cook it till become dry.

Keep it aside for cool. Now take some dough & make smooth ball. Keep it on butter paper. Press it & make a finger toe,fill it with chopped dry fruits.

For proper set, keep it in refrigerator for some time. Homemade fresh sweet dish is ready for eat.
