Ingredients

  1. Garvy
  2. Halfkg potatoes cut in cubes
  3. 3.4black pepper corn
  4. 2.3cinnamon stick
  5. 1 tbswhite cumin
  6. 1 tbsblack cumin
  7. 2.3large Elaichi
  8. 1Bay leaf
  9. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  10. 2.3laung
  11. 2oinion sliced
  12. 2chopped tomatoes
  13. 1 cuppeas
  14. 2 tbssalt
  15. 4.5chopped green chillies
  16. Halfcup Oil for frying
  17. 1 tbsred chilli falkes
  18. 1 tspturmeric powder.optional
  19. 2 cuprice
  20. 2 tbssalt for rice
  21. 1 tbswhite vinegar or lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak rice first.

    Take a wok.add oil and all garam masala spices. and both cumins saute for a min. Add onions cook until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and salt tomatoes and green chillies. cook them 5 to 7 mins add potatoes and peas. fry for 5 mins.add water to dip all.add vinegar. cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 mins, until potatoes and peas are soft

    Now add rice and cook on medium flame for 10 mins. put on dum when rice are 3/4th done. cook on low flame for 5 to 7 mins.

    Served hot with green sauce or raita or chickpea 🥗
