This is recipe number 3 from the series of healthy recipes I previously shared. I hope you like it.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the marinade ingredients together, then add the chicken after washing and soaking it in salt and vinegar. Coat it and place it in the fridge for at least an hour to absorb all the flavors.

In a pot, add water with the aromatics. When it boils, add the rice after washing and draining it, stirring occasionally until the rice is fully cooked, then drain it as shown.

Place the chicken in the oven at 400°F (200°C) on the middle rack until fully cooked.

Serve the grilled chicken alongside the boiled rice and garnish as desired.
