Mint leaves play an important role in promoting digestion, reducing inflammation and soothing the stomach. They can also enhance appetite and cure diseases like nausea.
Cooking Instructions

Wash, clean, and chop coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- 2
Peel wash and Chop raw mango, onion, and ginger.
- 3
Transfer all chopped items to a mixer. Add green chilies, sev, peanuts, salt, and masale and grind it to a smooth paste.
- 4
Transfer it to a bowl. Serve with any meal, snack, pulav, biryani, and sandwiches.
- 5
It can be stored for 7-8 days in a refrigerator.
