  1. 1 bunchMint leaves
  2. 1 bunchCoriander leaves
  3. 1 tbspPeanuts
  4. 1 tbspSev
  5. 1raw mango
  6. 4Green chillies
  7. 2onions
  8. 1 piece ginger
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspCatch royal garam masala
  11. 1/2 tspCatch shahi kitchen masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, clean, and chop coriander leaves and mint leaves.

    Peel wash and Chop raw mango, onion, and ginger.

  3. 3

    Transfer all chopped items to a mixer. Add green chilies, sev, peanuts, salt, and masale and grind it to a smooth paste.

    Transfer it to a bowl. Serve with any meal, snack, pulav, biryani, and sandwiches.

    It can be stored for 7-8 days in a refrigerator.
