Ingredients

  1. 8large size irish potatoes
  2. Little Seasoning
  3. Vegetable oil for deep frying
  4. Handfulcorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the potatoes to shape

    Pour into a deep bowl and pour in hot boiling water

  3. 3

    Stir and cover with a lid for 7minutes

  4. 4

    Afterwards, drain into a sieve and run cold water through it

  5. 5

    Now add little seasoning when completely cold

  6. 6

    Add handful of corn flour

  7. 7

    Now preheat the vegetable oil

  8. 8

    Deep fry the potatoes with the lid on

  9. 9

    After 4 minutes, tap the fries with a spoon to check if its crunchy yet. If not cover to continue frying until it feels crunchy to the touch

    Then break it up with a spatula and stir fry then remove into a sieve lined with kitchen towel

  11. 11

    Serve hot 👌
