Wash the snake gourd remove the seed part cut ends and chop in pieces.

Steam it for fifteen minutes. Heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves, chilli paste,red chilli saute it now add snake gourd pieces mix it add salt, Sugar mix it and Cook for a while.

Subji is ready add coriander leaves, coconut and serve with roti/rice
