Cooking Instructions

Wash mustard leaves, spinach, Bathun leaves, fenugreek leaves and chop them
- 2
Take water in a pot and add mustard leaves, spinach, Bathun and fenugreek leaves, green chillies and salt, and bring it to boil
- 3
Cover it and cook it on medium heat for 3 to 4 hours
- 4
Blend it with hand blender until it turns into creamy textured curry, add maize flour and set aside
- 5
For tarrka take oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste and green chillies, saute until golden brown
- 6
Add this tarrka into the saag. Saag is ready to be served. Garnish it with coriander and butter
