    Pan mein Namak or Haldi dak kar mash ki dal ko boil kar layn.

    Ak pan Ke andar piyaz dal kar brown kar layn.

    Phir adrak lahsan ka paste, dal chini, curry pata, haldi, namak, lal mirh, kuti lal mirch dal kar masala bhon layn.

    Oil upar anay par boil daal kar mix kar Ke 1 se 2 min dam de dein.

    Dam khol kar achar or chapati Ke sath serve.
