Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add wheat flour, fennel seeds, oil, baking soda, jaggery, salt, and mix

Add milk slowly and mix to make a thick batter. Cover to rest for 15 mins

The batter should be thick

In a heavy bottomed wok heat adequate oil on medium-high flame and take a tablespoon to take the batter and add to the oil, fry until golden in colour in low heat

Set aside on kitchen towel
- 6
Plate and Serve.
