Few years back,all we know about karahi was just mutton or chicken karahi but now a days there are many varities of karahi in town and every now & than some new flavour is coming.As tomatoes are scared to use I made this karahi with simple flavours of herbs and it turned out great

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in wok to medium hot.add chicken and fry.add fresh coriander,green chillies ginger in blender and make smooth paste.

Fry chicken till it changes colour.add 1-2 green chillies slitted.remove the chicken from oil as it changes colour.

In the same oil,add finally chopped onion,garlic and fry well till colour changes to light golden.transfer the chicken back to oil.add all spices and green paste.fry well.add yogurt in chicken.cover and let it cook at low to medium flame.

As the chicken gets tender and oil comes up on surface.add cream.cook few minutes at low flame.add lemon juice,sprinkle garam masala,ginger julienne,coriander before serving.enjoy
