  • 200 gmsKunduru (ivy gourd)
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspdhaniya powder
  • as per tasteSalt

    Wash and slit each kunduru vertically into 4.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a kadhai add kundru fry for 2 minutes after that add all kinds of masala including salt fry for 2 minutes cover the lid fry for another 10 minutes in a low flame.
