Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. as per tasteSalt
  3. as per requirementWater to knead dough
  4. For stuffing
  5. 2 cupgrated radish
  6. 1/4 cupradish leaves
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspajwain
  9. 1/2 tspchili powder

    Fristly knead a dough, in a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and slowly slowly knead a soft dough.

    Grease with oil and cover with wet cloth and keep a side.

    Fristly squeeze water from radish. (don't through the radish water, I am also using in chapati dough or and curry).

    Now in a other mixing bowl add squeezed radish, chili powder, ajwain, washed and chopped fresh,clean radish leaves and mix it well.

    Now knead dough again until becomes smooth. Further divided the into the medium sized balls. dough, roll and flatten it. Rollit in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter.

    Place the prepared radish stuffing in the center. Take the edge and start pleating bringing to center, join the pleats together and press the pleats from center.

    Furthermore, sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size and sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size.

    Now hot tawa, place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute.ermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha.

    Then spread the ghee,/ oil and cook from both side until cook.

    Now ready radish paratha serve hot with curd or pickle and enjoy!
