Falahari ghee aloo morich (Black pepper)

Ingredients

  1. 2large potatoes
  2. 2 tsp.Ghee
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 tsp.Black pepper powder
  5. As per tasteSalt to taste
  6. few sprigsCoriander leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut & Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker. Then peel & cut it in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in kadai.Then add boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper & green chillies in it.

  3. 3

    Fry it in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. It's done. If you want, sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
