Ingredients

  1. 150 gmSabudana
  2. 20 gmpeanut
  3. 1big potato
  4. 2-3Green chilli
  5. as required Coriander leaves to garnish,
  6. 1 tbspground nut oil
  7. as per taste salt and pepper
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked the sabudana at least for 3 hours.Then chop green chilli and potato into small pieces.

    Crush the peanut,then take a wok and put oil and add potato and green chilli and crushed peanut and cover it to cook for five minutes.

    Open it and add sabudana,salt and spices.Cover it again for 5 minutes till it gets cooked. Add lemon juice 1tbsp on it.

    Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it.
