Ingredients

  • 200 gramssabudana
  • 50 gramsmogfali/peanuts
  • 2medium Tomatoes(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • fewred chillies
  • handfulcoriander leaves
  • as per tasteseendha namak

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Sabudana with water and soak it for 4 hours with minimum water.

  2. 2

    First of all roast the peanuts and keep aside.Now add oil in a pan heat it then add cumins and mustard seeds and crackle it.Add chillies and tomatoes now add sabudana then add 1 cup water keep stirring with light hands after 5 mins add roasted peanuts.

    Your tasty and healthy Sabudana khichdi is ready to eat durng fast.

  4. 4

    Garnish with green coriander leaves and enjoy this tasty snacks during fast.
