Cooking Instructions

Sieve flour in a clean dry bowl. Add all dry ingredients, add margarine, mix all together with your palms until you can't view the margarine anymore.

Break one egg into your measuring cup and fill up with water to make 250ML liquid
- 3
Make a well at the center of the flour and other dry ingredients, pour the water and egg mixture, mix properly and leave to rest for 10mins

Heat your oil, cut portion from the dough and wrap around each eggs, seal with your fingertips and drop in the oil on a medium heat. Dry until golden brown, drain and serve
