Common one comes with Pork (for non-halal stalls) or Chicken and Beef for Halal ones. For those who are not in the mood to have meat, a lot of these stalls also offer Seafood varieties!

Cara Memasak

Di dalam periuk dengan air yang mendidih, celurkan udang, crabstick, fishballs dan sayur sawi. Keluarkan dan ketepikan.

Masukkan mee kolok kering kedalam periuk berisi air yang mendidih. Masakkan mee selama 3 minit atau sehingga masak.

Keluakan mee dan celupkan ke dalam bekas berisi air sejuk (selama beberapa saat). Masukkan mee ke dalam air panas semula dan toskan.

Di dalam sebuah mangkuk, masukkan mee dan campuran setiap rencah mee kolok. Mulakan dengan sedikit rencah dan sesuaikan mengikut cita rasa masing-masing. Gaulkan sehingga seluruh mee mempunyai rasa yang mencukupi.

Hidangkn di dalam mangkuk dengan seafood dan sawi yang telah dicelur. Siap dijamu. Enjoy!
