this is an easy version. the one u can make for a quick fix for tiramisu crave. easy is relative here. tiramisu in general is not the easiest dessert to make.

it has 3 components: the cake, the coffee mix and the cream filling. bear with me, each component is not too difficult to make.

i couldn't find ladyfingers recipe that suits my liking. so we use cake okay.

if you are looking for a celebratory tiramisu that is uplifted, u want to put in extra effort, looking for the tiramisu that u could bring to a friend's potluck; i'll upload the recipe soon. i don't have the step by step picture for that. but i hope my words are adequate

  1. the microwave mug cake
  2. 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/4essence vanilla
  5. 1 teaspoongreek yogurt (this is to cancel the eggy taste in this cake. u can skip it if u want)
  6. 5 tablespoonalmond flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. the coffee mix
  9. 1 tablespooninstant coffee (i use nescafe gold, thats what i have at home)
  10. 60mls hot water
  11. 1/4essence vanilla
  12. 1 tablespoonallulose
  13. 1 tablespoon(15mls) whipping cream
  14. the cream filling
  15. 150 gmascarpone cheese (i use emborg paling sedap)
  16. 100mls whipping cream
  17. 2 1/2 tablespoonallulose
  18. 1/4 teaspoonessence vanilla
  19. 2 tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder (i use special dark sugar free Hershey's)

Cara Memasak

1 hour + 2 hour in freezer

    FIRST WE MAKE THE CAKE. CUT TO HALF AND COOL IT DOWN

    Melt the butter in microwave for about 15sec

  3. 3

    Mix in greek yogurt, vanilla essence and egg

  4. 4

    Mix in almond flour and baking powder, mix until no obvious lump

    Microwave the mixture for 90seconds

    Next we do the coffee mixture

    In a bowl mix hot water with instant coffee, allulose and vanilla essence. cool it down a little

    Add in whipping cream

    Set aside 30mls of coffee mixture to mix in cream filling (2 tablespoons). the rest is to soak the cake

    Now we do the cream filling

    In one bowl whisk the whip cream using hand mixture. DO NOT OVERWHIPPED. it will seperate and can't be use. look for the consistency in picture

    In another bowl mix mascarpone cheese, allulose, essence vanilla, and 30mls of coffee mixture. mix till smooth

    Fold in the whipped cream into cheese mixture in 2 batches and mix well

    ASSEMBLE!! like finally

    Soak the cake in coffee mixture and put in each serving dish

    Pour in cream filling and tap the serving dish to smooth it

    Seive cocoa powder on top

    Put in freezer for 2hours. And enjoy!!
