this is an easy version. the one u can make for a quick fix for tiramisu crave. easy is relative here. tiramisu in general is not the easiest dessert to make.
it has 3 components: the cake, the coffee mix and the cream filling. bear with me, each component is not too difficult to make.
i couldn't find ladyfingers recipe that suits my liking. so we use cake okay.
if you are looking for a celebratory tiramisu that is uplifted, u want to put in extra effort, looking for the tiramisu that u could bring to a friend's potluck; i'll upload the recipe soon. i don't have the step by step picture for that. but i hope my words are adequate

FIRST WE MAKE THE CAKE. CUT TO HALF AND COOL IT DOWN

Melt the butter in microwave for about 15sec

Mix in greek yogurt, vanilla essence and egg

Mix in almond flour and baking powder, mix until no obvious lump

Microwave the mixture for 90seconds

Next we do the coffee mixture

In a bowl mix hot water with instant coffee, allulose and vanilla essence. cool it down a little

Add in whipping cream

Set aside 30mls of coffee mixture to mix in cream filling (2 tablespoons). the rest is to soak the cake

Now we do the cream filling

In one bowl whisk the whip cream using hand mixture. DO NOT OVERWHIPPED. it will seperate and can't be use. look for the consistency in picture

In another bowl mix mascarpone cheese, allulose, essence vanilla, and 30mls of coffee mixture. mix till smooth

Fold in the whipped cream into cheese mixture in 2 batches and mix well

ASSEMBLE!! like finally

Soak the cake in coffee mixture and put in each serving dish

Pour in cream filling and tap the serving dish to smooth it

Seive cocoa powder on top

Put in freezer for 2hours. And enjoy!!

this recipe serves 4each serving contain 7g carbs and 580kcalwhen i counted it, i almost fainted. that is alot!!! i usually keep it around 5-6g carbs per meal. but to be honest... 4 serving is a generous amount for this recipe. it could easily feeds 6 persons in not so generous amount 🫢. sharing is caring including carbs and calories 😬so unlike previous recipe. this recipe use egg and "zabaglione". i put "" because i didnt double boil it, but the egg yolk mixture is there. it really lifted up the taste of this tiramisu.if you are looking for an easy keto tiramisu can go ahead to my other recipe. This dessert has total ofnet carb 8gcalories 702kcalmonkfruit has a tinge of sour aftertaste, perfect for zesty dessert. you can change it to any other sweetener of your choice (just search for sweetener conversion chart).the filling is tadbit dense, to reduce density you can swap 1-2tablespoon of sourcream to heavy cream (if u drop sourcream completely from recipe u might loss a bit of the tanginess, up to you).the keylime zest is to mix in the filling, i left out a bit to sprinkle on top for fun.u can mix it manually but some effort to use mixer is totally worth it.you can change it to other lemon if you want. The taste is better than using evaporated milk i guess.. but Hi 5 to cholesterol 🤣🤣...Also I made the recipe a bit spicier to balance the milky creamy taste 😁.
