Cooking Instructions

Take a big bowl add all-purpose flour,add salt, oil, carrom seeds, lemon juice, mix and make tight stiff dough.

Heat pan with oil add chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger, cook well until onions turns light pink add all spices powder and salt. add boiled and mashed potatoes and peas, carrots and green coriander leaves chopped. mix all well and switch off flame. let all the mixture come on room temperature

Make medium size balls from dough. roll out little thick. divide round poori into 2 halves applying some water on edges fold to come into shape. stuff with mixture and fold at back apply some water on edges.

Take both ends together and stick well. Make perfect samosa shape Meanwhile heat up oil in pan, deep fry samosas till golden and crisp

Serve hot or warm.
