  4. Garlic & ginger
  5. Onion
  6. Tomato paste
  7. Scotch bonnet & pepper
  8. Salt & seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your beans and add water to the pot cut some onions into big parts (the onions will make the beans cook fast and soft) Half cook the beans and strain it in a strainer

    Remove the cooked from the half cooked beans
    Get your ginger onions and garlic add together and blend

    Add some oil to the pot,let it heat add in your onions ginger and garlic mixture to the oil
    Add in your blend peppers

    Add some tomato paste and your thyme Stir and add your half cooked beans

  5. 5

    Add your seasoning salt and spices Stir
    Add your hot water cover and let it boil

  6. 6

    Wash your rice add it to the boiling water in the pot stir and cover the pot

  7. 7

    Get your plantain
    Cut it into any pieces and shape of your choice
    Deep fry it

  8. 8

    Serve your jollof rice and beans With fried plantain
