Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 bunchcoriander leaves cleaned
  2. HandfulMint leaves
  3. 3-4chopped chillies
  4. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  5. As per taste black salt
  6. clovesFew Garlic
  7. 1lemon juice
  8. 1 tbspCurd
  9. 1 tbsproasted gram powder
  10. 1/ 2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Clean coriander leaves and Mint leaves.

    Throw them into the mixer jar along with few garlic cloves and some green chillies.Grind them on pulse mode. Now add lemon juice and grind again. Remember to add minimal water.

    Now add curd and grind again. Add dry spices and mix really well until everything is well combined.

    Your mouth watering teekhi chutney is ready to relish and tantalize your taste buds 😋
