  13. half tspPisa sabz dhaniya

    Sub se pehly gosht ko namak dal kar achy se boil krly phir gosht aur stock ko alag alag krly

    Pan mein half cup oil Daly Ginger garlic paste daly aur sabut garam masala add kar achy se bhunyi kryn

    Phir is mein half cup brown pyaz chora kar k Daly

    Dahi Daly tamatar puree bana Kar Daly

    Sath hi sath salt Lal mirch Pisa garam masala bhuna Kuta zeera sabz dhaniya dal kar masala k achy se bhuni kryn

    Phir gosht add kryn aloo add kryn

    Aur Jo stock bcha ho usk shorbaa bnana k liye wo add kryn

    10 mint cover up kryn ta k aloo gal jaye shorbaa thick hojye

    Fry pan mein half cup oil mein hari mirch aur bachi hui pyaz k tarka tyar kryn

  10. 10

    10 mint k baad stove off kar ke tarka lagadain

  11. 11

    And now it's ready bohut maza k banta hai
