Ingredients

  1. Scotch bonnet
  2. Sliced onions
  3. Frying oil
  4. Curry, thyme
  5. Ginger and garlic powder
  6. cubesSeasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly,grind the scotch bonnets in a mortar or food processor

  2. 2

    Add lots of oil in a pan and sprinkle some sliced onions

  3. 3

    Add the peppers, spices and seasoning cubes and continue to stir fry until all the water is gone

  4. 4

    Let it cool and add to your favorite jar or container

  5. 5

    Store in the fridge and use whenever you want.
