  2. 1 kgPalak /spinich
  3. 2onions sliced
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 3tomatoes big sliced
  6. 4-6 green chillies
  7. Fresh dhania to garnish
  8. 1/2 cupmilk (optional)
  9. Masalay:
  10. 2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tbspdhania powder
  12. 1 tsphaldi powder
  13. 1-2 tsp salt
  14. 1 tspwhite cumin /zeera
  15. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  16. 1/4 cupoil

    Oil mein pyaz dalen aur golden brown karen aur zeera dalen

    Ginger garlic paste dalen aur bhun lein, haldi, red chilli powder aur dhania powder dalen aur bhun lein thora pani daal ke bhun lein.

    Mutton Dalen aur mix karen aur bhun lein oil uper a jae to pani 1glass dal ke cook karen low flame par.

    25 mins bad is mein timater dalen aur mix karen, cover kar ke cook karen jab gosht gal jae to bhunai karen aur 2-4 green chillies dal dein.

    Palak ko phalay se stems cut kar ke wash kar lein.
    Khulay pot mein pani boil karen, jab achi tarha boil a jae to Palak dalen mix karen, 2-3 ubal aae to chala kar nikal lein Palak ko chalni mein phir pani dalen uper se cooking stop ho jae ge. Phir Palak ko cut kar lein ya blend karen jesa aap ko pasand ho. Mein ne cut kia hay.

    Masala aur goasht achi tarha bhun jae to Palak dal ke chala lein aur milk dalen cook kar lein phir thora bhun lein,oil uper a jae ga. Agar gravy rakhni hay ya bhuna hua is hisab se rakhen.
    Salan ready ho jae to garam masala aur dhania dalen.

    Tips
    1:Palak ko hamesha cut karnay se phelay wash kar ke boiling water mein dalen. Palak ko phelay dal ke na boil karen. Is tarha Palak ke minerals zaya nahi hote.
    2:milk se acha taste aata hay aur Palak mein jo zara kasela pan hota hay woh milk se dor ho jata hay.
